Serving as the launch platform for InstaPerfect’s limited-edition cushion, the gathering engaged key opinion leaders (KOLs) in an immersive and visually striking environment, created under a tight schedule.

Creative & Production Approach

Jakarta Event Group approached the event with creativity and efficiency. The foyer was reimagined as a magical brand universe, separating public and InstaPerfect spaces with fabric walls and gates. Inside the ballroom, flower-lined pathways and custom stages created a memorable guest journey.
