Jakarta Event Group successfully executed the BRI PMO AI Bootcamp #3: CXO Focus Group Discussion (FGD) at Menara BRILian Jakarta, in collaboration with the Ministry of SOEs, McKinsey, and BRI. Creative & Production Approach

Jakarta Event Group executed a sophisticated hybrid conference experience tailored for CXO-level participants. The silent multi-conference setup allowed multiple simultaneous discussions without sound interference. Motion and still key visuals (KV) of the event, including speaker profiles and session highlights, were created and displayed on the venue’s LED screens, enhancing the event branding and audience engagement. Every production element—from room layout to technical arrangements—was carefully designed to support a professional, high-impact learning and networking environment, aligning with the program’s goals of AI adoption and digital innovation.
